Privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026
This notice explains how we use the information you give on this page. It covers the questions about your back, your contact details and your choices.
Who is responsible for your information
Enfield Chiropractic Clinic Limited (“the clinic”) decides how your information is used. In data protection law this makes the clinic the controller. You can contact the clinic at enfield-chiro@wellnessclinictherapy.com, or by post at 94 Ridge Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 2AU.
This page is run for the clinic by a company that manages its adverts and enquiries. That company only uses your information on the clinic's instructions, which makes it a processor.
What we collect
- Your answers about your back: how long you have had the problem, whether you have had surgery, how painful it is, what you are suffering from, where the pain is and your symptoms, and whether you have already had hands-on treatment for it. This is information about your health.
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode.
- That you agreed to the statement above the Next button, and its exact wording.
- Which advert brought you here, if any. Facebook and Instagram adverts add campaign and advert numbers to the web address, plus a click identifier that Facebook can link to your account. We keep these with your enquiry.
- A reference number for your enquiry.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To check whether treatment at the clinic may suit you, to contact you about your enquiry, and to book your consultation. We do this with your consent, which you give by tapping Next under the consent statement when you send your answers (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Because your answers are about your health, we rely on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).
- To understand which adverts bring enquiries, using the advert details above. This is based on our legitimate interest in knowing which adverts work (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To tell Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) that you sent an enquiry, so the clinic can measure and improve its adverts. Meta receives the enquiry's reference number, your email address and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address and browser details, and Meta's own browser and advert-click identifiers (its
_fbpand_fbccookies), so it can match the enquiry to the advert you saw. It never receives your answers. This is based on the clinic's legitimate interest in knowing which adverts work (Article 6(1)(f)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the clinic. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who sees your information
- The clinic's team.
- The patient coordinators who call you and book your consultation for the clinic.
- Meta as described above.
- Companies that provide services to the clinic, under contract: the company that runs its adverts and enquiries, HighLevel (the system where enquiries are managed), Supabase (which keeps a secure copy of each enquiry, in London, so none are lost) and Vercel (which hosts this page). Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your information is handled outside the UK, it is protected as UK data protection law requires.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with it, or as the law requires. If you become a patient, your information becomes part of your patient record, which the clinic keeps under its record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you or someone else. You can also object to how we use it. Contact the clinic to do any of these.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
